With every project, I apply an equity lens, collaboratively designing processes and programs that incorporate and center marginalized and underserved people and their perspectives. I also bring a coaching stance, supporting organizations to unlock context-specific solutions through deep listening and partnership. Through our work together, I support organizations to be more authentic, impactful, and sustainable.
